Welcome to THE KNOCK DOWN SESSIONS!
Over the last 10 years we have built a shooting specific program that is devoted SOLELY to teaching the everyday habits of "Knock Down Shooters"! All Shooting Everyday!
Players will be pushed to shoot 300 shots per day and 1200 for the 4-day session. No wasted time! Very small group sizes for extra individual attention in a private setting at the Jack Leasure Basketball BARN!
Come ready to work!!! All players track their made shots daily. This will be a challenging 4 days of Shooting Growth!
